Re: What to do? Wife wants in!!

Aint nothing better than a wife who want to play too. A few years ago I got mine on her own bike. Then I bought a Superglide for her to ride. It was the best thing I ever did, it built her self-confidence and made her a lot more outgoing and independent! It also has given us something to do together, a new common interest, we can ride for hours side by side into the afternoon........and all afternoon, I can't hear a word she says....!!!!!

Yes the only problem I have is that she is an Aries, they are ultra competitive so she wants to out do my truck. I say fine whatever, I get to do what I want and have another nice truck to boot in the garage. Stay tuned to this build. It will be neat.

Re: What to do? Wife wants in!!

When we pulled the motor/ trans on my wifes truck for the LS1/ 4L60E swap, I heard "What can I do to help?" I said she could clean the 37 years of grease/ oil/ dirt out of the engine compartment and frame, so we could paint it. She went for it... practically barefooted too! Thats mostly grease chunks and degreaser on the driveway! I had to get pics! I was proud. She also changed her diff. cover gasket the other day too! There's been days on this swap when she came out dirtier than me!
