Not to hijack, but here's what a set looks like on a 57 belair. Took a couple of weeks to get, but I think it was worth the wait.

Re: Coys C5's
Guys, if you're wanting a set of Coy's wheels there is a thread on the pro-touring.com forum where one of the sponsors on that site was (is?) giving a discount to board members over there. Might be worth checking out.

Re: Coys C5's
I talked to Tim there yesterday.
He quoted me a price for the wheels I was looking for and it was the same as the prices direct from Coy's. I joined the protouring site and specifically asked about a discount. He said on a full set of wheels he only makes $98 and they frowned heavily on discounting their prices so his pricing is the same. He was super friendly and very helpful. If I lived in the Indianapolis, IN area I would certainly get my stuff from him but Coy's has some good prices on tires as well and the price on the wheels and shipping was the same so I'll buy mine direct. On a side note, protouring only likes to sell tires to local guys because they don't get as good a deal as we can get from online places.

I took some measurements and come up with this. These are rough measurements but it's pretty close. It makes sense though because I had a wheel on there a while back that had a 6" back spacing and the rim was about 2" away from the outside of the leaf spring. Sorry for my quick drawing that might not be to scale but you get the idea. From this, if I wanted to run a 14" wide wheel I'd need a 6" back spacing. And that doesn't leave me much room for tire buldge or at least as much as I think I want. Soy Coys are out because they don't offer that.

Re: Coys C5's
I've got a question for others running C5s.
I received 15 of the lug nut on the right and 5 of the lug nut on the left. Which ones did you guys get and do you know which ones are correct? I will contact Coy's I was just curious what you guys received.

Re: Coys C5's
Kinda what I was thinking.
I wonder why they sent me 5 of the wrong ones? Thanks Chris. I'll be getting in touch with them and have 'em send me 5 more of the correct ones.

they sent me the wrong lugnuts twice! After the second time, I just went and bought some. Kinda ticked me off when I called and told them the size I needed.
