Re: LOOK what followed me home ALL ORIGINAL, look what I am pulling it with. LOTS of

Thanks 70 rs/ss, just found link and paid my yearly dues, I had moved and forgot to send it in. I am still thinking about your truck. Maybe I can swing it before someone beats me to it. I'm with you even D$#% milk is over $4 bucks a gallon. I joke with my wife and kids that I am thinking about buying a cow, that way they can just latch on and drink But what do you do they have to drink it. MILK is good stuff for them!

Holy Cr@p thats a nice K5! I'm one of the other S.A. guys you have heard about, I haven't posted much lately due to moving/new job/engagement, etc...but anyway. Looks like you got a gem! I'm curious what direction you drove for three hours to find that? Houston(doubful from the lack of rust), Waco, San Angelo...? either way it was WELL worth it! I just moved to the Bulverde/Spring Branch area so feel free to sneak over on Hwy 46 sometime. By the way, your stepside doesn't look to shabby either!

Wow - that is a terrific deal!! I think I went $3600 for mine and it needs both rockers, floor and all of the usual rust fixes. Hell, it didn't even have a top! Grats on the score and definately burn some hard-drive space documenting that sucker for posterity.

Oh yeah - I'm in the area too, in the NE part of town.

So, what did you have to give $ for it? If you don't mind telling us.

I'm looking for a Blazer and have found the info here and all of the members to be a great help on my pickups so i figured the next unit has to be a 4x4 blazer.

I'm all for a get together, but first I have to get the ol Critter out of my friends shop. It stayed there while I was moving and now its blocked in by heavy equipment, but at least its safe from the elements! Anyway, this Fall weather is a great time to do something. Let's see what we can come up with, maybe meet at the lake one weekend or something??? Take a little drive down the road, have a cheeseburger and possibly an adult beverage, etc...

Re: LOOK what followed me home ALL ORIGINAL, look what I am pulling it with. LOTS of

Thanks Joe67, the FX4 is actually not bad, nice ride, power, etc... I'm still a Chevy guy at heart. My first truck I changed the oil on was my dads '72 Cheyenne Super, learned very much on that truck. Hey Blue Thunder (Mario) we should really get together, cook Barb-Q or get Rudy's Barb-q, I live 2 miles away from the Rudy's on IH-10. My wife makes a GREAT potato salad The weather we have been having is fantastic! Maybe we can meet Nov 3rd or (sometime after that) at the Boerne car show and come back to my house or something? 9 of us to talk about the Blazers we have? What do you think? Shoot some pool in my gameroom, have a beer? Think about it. Also, good idea VTBlazer. Thanks again for the compliments guys.

Man, I can't do it next saturday (Nov 2nd). But sunday would work, or pretty much any weekend after. Hopefully I will be available for whatever the group decides on.
