hey guys I'm having trouble with my carb i believe its to do with the float starts right up idles fine but when i take of it chocks out and dies so i pulled it down some to allow more gas to come in and nothing changed so idk to much gas lol? was wondering if anybody knew a measurement for it or something thanks!

1. windshield wipers.
2. side mirros.($25)
3. 3/4 plywood in bed.
4. front bummper mounts made (lol)
5. E-brake cabels($55)
6. front shocks($50)
7. crane mounted
8. license!

Looks like your getting 'er done Which is more than I can say. I'm on hold building up cash for parts...who woulda thought re-building a 283 would be so expensive!

Did you do all that welding yourself?

yeah i have welded and fabricated everything my self i have had no help with anything actually ive done everything alone right down to setting up and mounting the bed, hood and doors but i cant say i would have it any other way i hate working with other people especially on some thing im going to call mine!

Yeah I hear ya. I need my friends to help me out though. I'm mostly learning as I go and having their help shortens the learning curve quite a bit

not really a mount i have one just before the back of the cab that holds everything really tight but the bend and tip had a bad vibrate this should fix it
