Your getting some great advice here so i won't bother adding to that, but...

It looks like in one of the pictures your air filter has been crushed down on the passenger side and to me it looks like it may not be sealing properly, you may want to have a look at it..

Not necessarily that company, but putting relays on your headlights will greatly affect their brightness. If you read that article, he will explain exactly why.
