Re: 60 dodge truck
the fenders have the top bracket spot welded to them, but i noticed on your cab you have an L shaped bracket on your cab below the top hinges. there is a placement on you fender it takes i believe a 1/4 or 5/16 fine thread which will allow you to bolt up the fenders. i will get a pic for ya today tho

now on my 60 i have a braket thats welded to my cab which i wil have to remake when i get the 57 cab, but if you look on the bottom of your fender you should see a couple of holes where the bolts went thu.

Re: 60 dodge truck
messing with the truck today finally after having to mess with the stoker to keep heat in the house. today i wanted to mock up the steering and column, i had a non shift column out of an olds calias i had laying around and with some other stock gm steering joint i managed to get together, (now i have a few mods to do yet) but at this point it turns the wheels just fine without any binding of the joints. i do have a sb chevy/5spd trans in it just for mockup so i have something sitting there to roughly to see what will have to be done as far as m/t (not sure what im going to use yet)

Re: 60 dodge truck
my buddy and i went to ck out the 360 this afternoon i snagged it for $75.00 the guy needed it out of his garage. afterwards we stopped by his uncle's place and he gave me an empty trans case to use for mockup and a set of stock manifolds off a 2000 dodge truck which exit at the back of the motor, not totally sure if they will bolt up, but sure look like they will. anyways i will have pics tomorow

Re: 60 dodge truck
yea not alot going on the past week since i got the motor mounted up. i am going to rework the mounts some as dont like the looks of them and i need to tweak the motor over about 1/2 just to give alittle extra wiggle room for the exhaust. the past 2 days i been working on getting the shop cleaned up allitle, somewhat organized and most of my tools atleast in the tool box.
any progess with you at all?
