Wow Ive really been slacking on this one. I moved in January and have only driven it twice. Then a tree fell on it during the wind storms in June.There wasn't much damage it broke the beacon light the antenna and the wipers and bent the spotlight down . I don't have a pic of the tree on it they removed it before I saw it but you can see from the stump it wasn't that small. The bad paint and rust must have protected it. I finally found a correct looking light so I'm going to get it put back together and inspected next weekend.

This is one badass truck. Wish I could have lived back in the day when these monsters where roaming the streets.

It would be cool to see them all shiny and on every corner but they are still roaming the streets Just a little harder to find now.

I started stripping the 65 and put fugly to work. I went to cut up the 65 and the torch was out of acetylene

. At least I made progress. It still runs/ran great and I drove it inside to be stripped. I have a video of it running I will post if I ever get it off my phone.

The 65 was very rusty and rough, frame included, so a nice truck isn't getting scrapped. I'm keeping as much as I can use on the wrecker and other projects.

I thought I would show off my Christmas present from my sister. She is a art major and took some rust/corrosion pictures for a class. They turned out good enough she decided to frame them. She is working on another set to put in my Dads shop since "Tow mater" is so popular with the customers.

The original plan was for a somewhat decent paint job. I'm just planning to keep it like it is for now. Everyone seems to love it and tells me not to change it.

Sorry this one is gone, sold it in Sept 2014 . My daily driver Jeep TJ was at a point I didn't want to sink anymore money in it. I needed to sell Fugly to help fund a replacement.
I had fixed a few small annoying things ,replacing sticky cables etc. and was still driving it occasionally. I saw it for sale awhile back still in the same shape as when I let it go.
