wow you had freaking holes on the frame bro that was pretty bad i think with mine what happened was that when it first cracked the person who owned it before never got it fixed and it only got worst but its all good now......

well here is what i did today after making the metal brackets for the heater core i loosen up all the bed bolts and i got a couple of my buddys come over to help me remove the truck bed so i can start working on the rear suspension i got to tell you i under estimated the weight of this beds the three of us struggled to remove it but on the end we did without a scratch, i also started getting everything together im gonna need to start baggin the rear.....

Wow you're definitely making good progress on the build....will follow for sure!!! Truck looks great I like the 2 tone combo on it. I'm in the process with my pile too, just letting my pennies add up at the moment for my porterbuilt stuff.

well here i go...... today i got the notch all welded in place and i got the upper bag brackets all welded and ready to build the bridge i still have to weld the inside and than brace it also to make it stronger.....here are some pics....

i went a ahead an took the leafsprings off and i busted the rivets of the front bracket that used to hold it, since the four link is gonna go there.... a couple more pics!!!

Looking good bro!! Man I can't wait to get going on mine.... I have new drop spindles and new ball joints just sittin on the garage floor looking at me kind of don't wanna put em in the take em back off when I get the dropmember haha...Ordering bolt in notch from Nate probably next week if money permits AKA "wife" permits also haha.....

and the the last thing i did today before i called it a day is i weld the upper bag brackets to the notch and just tacked welded the center bar, i didnt want to cut the frame in the middle of the notch yet until i had the notch all welded from the inside and braced, im probably gonna sleep like a rock tonight im freaking tired and beat lol .....

thanks dennis just trying to keep up with you guys..... actually to be honest to you i cant wait until i see this baby on the floor with the bed back on but once i get back to work from vacation im gonna slow down since i normally work 13 hr days and im planning to raise my bed floor so i dont cut it and i know thats gonna take a little more time but thats ok all the hard work will pay off on the end im sure, i promised the wife that ill be done with the truck by august so i got plenty time ha ha lol.....
