Re: New Guy here...
Nice! Do you have a link to those wire looms? I like those even better than the billet ones. Also, let me know how the dynamic EFI works out, I'm skeptical. I'm planning on getting a chip from TBI Chips.

Mr. Gasket...

The difference here is being able to flash your computer on the spot. No need for a chip. Also, I am learning about how to tune it myself so it will will educate me. A chip would be more affordable, but the downside for me is not getting to learn and trusting that the chip is correct and tuned exactly the way I want it. Posted via Mobile Device |

Update:
Motor mounts being a pain...
As you can see, the bolt holes not aligned (lower left in pic). The problem with torquing the bracket with a pry bar or screwdriver is that it just slides right back. I had an idea to use tow straps to help hold it in place. ...getting closer. Not shown is the set of pry bars I picked up at Tractor Supply. They made short work of it. The straps worked great on the exhaust. anti seize copper paste on the bolts. here are the fuel lines installed. I used ARP's thread sealant. |

Can nothing be simple?
I had to remove the exhaust manifolds because the new Dorman brand manifolds didn't come with the proper length studs to work with the exhaust. After bolting it up there was still play in the bracket and spring. I removed it and took a trip to the local parts store. Dorman also sells a M10 x 1.5 threaded stud that is shorter in length and is specified for this model. So I had to tap it to give it the proper threads. So off came the exhaust manifolds. |

Re: New Guy here...
Yeah, after a close call with the fan, I figured a brighter color would help.
