Yup... I got it out tonight, how does $25 plus the ride sound? This thing is all kinds of cool, I wish I had a use for it.

Jerry.. they are on my grille thread... post 16 is prob the best one. You know much about working these those superficial scratches can be easily polished out with rubbing compound. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=520183

Compound and plenty of patience. Small dollies and anvils for the little dings.

Looks fine to me, I am in if your guy bails.

Not trying to be too particular but I noticed this...the circle area....how is it? I just need one of them to be workable for my own use. Also the inner I am including in the 71-72 grille is pretty much like brand new.

Drivers side inner is a bit choppy could be cleaned up ok, passenger is quite clean with about a one inch hole under the battery, easy patch. I would go $70 cash picked up for the pair. The chrome looks good on the wings, but I have someone ahead of you on those, I will keep you in mind on them.

Wow I did not even see that in person! it is not creased at all but I put a straight edge on it an it looks to be about 1/16" low at that spot. I would have more concern with the ding over the "T" which I think can be worked out.

LOL I have not got under the bed since I picked this thin up a year and a half ago but it is a metal deck and I think it is quite solid. The markers were shave off of the quarters though (but looks very nice), and the sides are really clean.

The wing chrome is really nice passenger wing has some sort of graffiti scratch in it, all other glass look pretty good to me. $150 for both door windows and wings with chrome plus ride?

Re: 69 C20 being parted

That's my secret! lol No.. .prob around 500 bucks. I am selling my bed here in a week though and just need a good replacement so I do not regret and cry too much about it. Most people don't sell beds like mine but I am in hot pursuit to get a shortbed fo my 71 as well. I have not touched my 70 C-20 for like 6 months but all it needs is paint really. P.O already painted the frame and did all the hard work. But I will be using it as a "truck" still. The 71 one will be something special.

Re: 69 C20 being parted

Ouch thats a bit of a drive. I live in LA.

Is $400 a firm price for the bed? Could you take some more pictures of the bed if its no problem? I'm just curious how many dings. dents and rust it has on top and underneath it and how straight the whole thing is.

And how much for the passenger side fender?
