I'll pass on the lighter. It's not the original style. Were you able to locate the extra set of exterior handles you thought you had?

Aaron:
My assumption is that you dont want the steering wheel? $65 for the column and $20 for the shaft and rag joint. Ill see how big the box is and let you know shipping tomorrow. Ill remove the intermediate shaft and ragjoint and get it all in the same box.

No I don't need the steering wheel. What emblem is in the horn button? Do you have a bowtie emblem?

Thanks

Re: Parting out 72 Chevy 3/4 ton SB Custom Camper

I am still interested in the complete side trim for this truck and even the taillight trim if you can get it off with out bad damage. As there seems to be some controversy about who is first in line I will leave that up to your judgment. Keep in mind that if you feel the other person was first then that is fine with me. I will always abide by board rules and besides I know this board well enough to also know that I can find another set of trim. Thats what makes this board so great! Understand that there will be no hard feelings on my part. Please keep me posted.

That is the hard part! I started this post with the trim listed as sold pending becuase you asked about it in the other thread. I posted there that I would send you the link when I started the new partout of that truck. Admittedly it has taken me too long to get the trim off and I own up to that but others are asking and considering themselves first (because of their first posting). I have thought about this and needto figure it out today so everyone knows where they stand before everyone decides to pass. I will post this afternoon where we stand and get it all straingt for you both. I appologise for the confusion.

Re: Parting out 72 Chevy 3/4 ton SB Custom Camper

No need for apologies,it is a confusing situation and I am not sure how the board rules apply since it is part thread and part PM. Just let me know what your decision is. I am good with whatever decision you make. I want to be clear on that Also know that I am in no hurry. If it takes a few weeks to get the moldings off that is fine by me,I know how much work it is to get them off without damage.

Re: Parting out 72 Chevy 3/4 ton SB Custom Camper

I just need a price on the camper emblems and upper tailgate trim 3pcs shipped to 37043. The price would be the deciding factor for me..

Re: Parting out 72 Chevy 3/4 ton SB Custom Camper

Sounds right to me. I will have to pass since shipping is too expensive for a few pieces of trim. If all the trim less the tailgate stuff becomes available let me know. Thanks

RPIcka/all:
Here is a few dashes I have and the one of course in this truck is not removed yet. $40 plus shipping on your choice for dashes. The light green dash temp gage wasnt hooked up so I dont know if it worked but the rest I was told were functioning in the trucks they were in before teardown.

Terry,
I could just bring it to the base with me and we can get together at lunch or after work one night. I have several of these pedals if you need one. Do you need the 400 switch for a 72 or just the pedal? I have both just need to know what to bring. If you need it this weekend PM me you phone number and we can figure out a time. How about $25?

You are up for it all except tailgate trim.

496:
I'll go $100 for the trim plus shipping.
I broke down the shipping below.
All upper and lower trim for both sides of the truck(No tailgate trim)
After buying the PVC pipe and getting the upper trim packaged:
the pipe is $75 for shipping
The lower trim box is $20 for shipping priority.($3 difference over parcel)
Total that should be $195 for all the trim boxed and shipped to your door.
Let me know either way.
V/R,
Mike

I do, do you need the bracket on the frame and the parts for the transmission too. Is it a 350 or 400 tranny?

Re: Parting out 72 Chevy 3/4 ton SB Custom Camper

I probally do. What i'm trying to do is build my 65 with power steering and auto. It was a three speed manual truck. So the more complete the better. The 69-72 colums are supposto be a easy bolt in. And I want to buy one and try it.

Thanks
Aaron
