I think that pic may be a little misleading, because it looks like rust there, but I think it was just dirty. I even saw things when they replaced the windshield, and didn't notice anything out of place

That's awesome Nigel. Don't imagine there are many of these trucks over there.

Do you get a lot of questions/comments from people?

I can only imagine what you must be spending for gas (petrol to you folks)

Nice rig you have!

Thanks mate. Plenty of the 47-59 style over here, but i've only ever spotted one of the 67-72's here at a car show and one for sale on Ebay UK once, so they're here but very thin on the ground....

Very nice, you don't even see restored trucks with that clean of a column, gauges and steering wheel. Very impressive

That's nice of you. Thanks. I can't wait to finish it up. I found some nice original seat belts at the yard the other day. Getting closer

Re: Daily driver pictures

Thanks All for the nice words!

I've seen a good many of our trucks on the road lately. I was working in Southern UT this past Summer. Between June and October, I put around 10,000 miles on mine. Since then I've driven it to San Diego twice, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and on my last road trip I towed my Buggy up to Amargosa Dunes. That was two hundred and fifty miles round trip.

Re: Daily driver pictures

I don't drive Ol' Green every day, but that's just because I work out of town during the week and I'm in the company truck.

My wife has a 2012 Dodge Avenger, but I just can't really get comfortable in a car.

Holy cow. It doesn't even resemble the truck I sold you for $600.
