Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
Do you want the pillars too? I've got rust all around the rear window. One little dent on the back, driver's side corner of the roof (on the vertical part). Surface rust on the top, no cancer though (on the top).

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
since the back has rust all I really need is the pass side pillar....about half way into door and about a foot into the windshield and as far down the pillar as possible

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
Well I'm not too worried about the roof piece. Mine is solid. The pillar I'd have to take a look at again. I'll take a few pictures in the morning. But like I said, the drip rail there is intact, and inside the hole for the visor is intact.
As for shipping, not a big deal. I can get a box, and then get a quote.

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
I will tomorrow. And I'll get a roof pic, to verify the amount you want cut.

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
alltexan: Here's your cab pics. On the pillar, it's surface rust, but it doesn't appear to have cancer. There is one tiny spot in the upper corner that may need a little attention.
On the one marked with lines, that's where I'm planning to cut it, ok with you?

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
I have an update on the parts I've got. I'm still cutting up the cab if anyone wants patch panels. The floorpans and cab corners are shot, but I've got a really nice A/C firewall. I'm also disassembling the bed (long bed). Let me know if you need bed patch pieces.
Here I have a pair of "Custom Deluxe 10" emblems. They are in really good shape, just have some blue paint on the top and bottoms, and just a few tiny corrosion spots. On of the Custom emblems has a slightly bent stud on the back, but all the studs are there. For these I'd like $40 shipped for the whole set, or $30 for just the "Custom" pair.

Re: Parting Out 1972 C10 Custom Deluxe
I've also got a really nice pair of vent wing windows. A little rust on the springs on the bottom (see pictures), but they appear to be solid.
$50 shipped for the pair.
