Re: The Big Blue BEAST project

So I finally put my thoughts on paper and have designed what I want my rear bumper to look like. I know when I design it that the swinging rear tire pivot / mount will need to sit slightly below the tail lights so not to obstruct the taillights. I also need to make sure the pivot is moved just slightly right of center under the taillight so that it doesn't obstruct the tail gate.

Thoughts, input, concerns are all welcome.

I got the garage all taped off, everything cleaned, prepared, and ready to prime. Now all I have to do is wait for the garage to warm up so I can start spraying some primer.

Re: The Big Blue BEAST project

There isn't a whole lot of info on this mod other than it uses 08-13 towing mirrors.

Must be nice to live in an area where you won't lose those lights. If I had those on my truck they'd be gone in hours.

I'm not gunna lie I would flip out if I came out and they were gone. I gotta find a way to try and secure them but honestly if someone wants it bad enough they will find a way to get them.
