Ran the Russell stainless steel braided lines along the axle as well.

And installed the McGaughys 13" rear disc brake setup and the 20" X 10" Intros wrapped in 275/40R20 Toyo Proxes STII tires out back.

Moving up front... Installed a set of Ridetech controls arms that are meant for G body cars. The pivot points on the frame are the same as the S10, but Ridetech has done a ton of R&D on the G body cars, so we decided to go with their "Truturn" setup which makes changes in camber curve, caster gain, and minimizes bump steer. The control arms are connected to a set of McGaughys 2" drop spindles and their 13" front brake kit. I don't have good photos of this step because we were shooting a tech article for Street Trucks on the installation.
Here's a photo of the steering shaft that's part of the AD-Engineering.com kit. Works out perfectly with the stainless eBay headers.

Here's what I am going for with my ride height. I'm still waiting of the coil overs to show up, so this is just held up by the jack.

Wheels up front are 20" X 8.5" and wrapped in 255/40R20 Toyos. I have 2" spacers on each side to push the wheel out, and adapt the pattern from the 5x4.75" from the S10 to the 5x5" of the rear 12 bolt axle.

I really like what you're doing man. Super excited to get a bit further on my project. I think I'll be building my own mounts as the ADE kit doesn't hang the body low enough for what I want to do.

I wonder how your turning radius will be with the 40 series up front... I know with a 245/35R20 and no spacer they rub pretty bad at full knock. The 2" spacer should make all the difference.

I can turn, lock to lock, at the height in the photos. It doesn't rub anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised!

Tre5, how many inches from the ground to front of running board? I'm trying to get an idea of how low I can go without needing a trans hump. Great skills BTW.

I put the frame about 4.5" from the ground. I haven't measured the running boards. Plus I don't have the coil overs in up front yet, so it's still just a guess as to where it'll actually sit.

The running board is 2.75" above the frame.

Got the bed on and we are in the process of tubing the bed sides. I have all kinds of room between the frame and the wheel/ tire.

Some engine compartment photos with the radiator mounted up. I used a 19X22 unit from Summit.

Also started on the exhaust. Ran ebay stainless headers with 2.5" outlets, to a 2.5" Y-pipe, then steps up to 3". 3" Continues through a Black Widow Pro Venum 250 series muffler. Then it snakes its way over the 4 link, over the axle, around the coilovers, above the panhard bar, under the frame, and finally out the bottom of the bumper.

I got the Ridetech coil overs mounted up in the front. I took the advice of Ridetech and cut out the coil retaining nubs in the spring pocket before I installed them. I'm pretty happy with the ride height, but I hope the rear comes down about an inch once I get some gas in the tank and get the two batteries in.

I feel like all I've done all week is align panels. I got the bed mounted with the new tubs for the 10" rear wheels, then the rear fenders, then the running boards and filler panels lined up with the bed and fenders, then the rear bumper and splash apron, then all the front end... inner fenders, outer fenders, lower apron, radiator support, upper apron, fender supports, grill, hood hinges, hood springs, front bumper and splash apron... WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS!!! It's really starting to look like a truck though. Off to the body shop tomorrow, finally.

WA800J is the code. It's the pearl white found on newer GMs.
