OK thanks. Advance Adapters has one that looks nice but is a little pricey at first look but it does include a new input shaft and the larger front bearing and a bunch of other stuff. I'm always on the lookout for options though especially with people who've already been there done that.

Dad has been working on things in the cab. We got the brake pedal in and the system bled. Parking brake in. Fuse block in.

I painted the inside of the fenders black with some rust bullet we had left over. Then finally painted them.

Starting to look like a truck. I think I'm going to the paint the grill gloss black. There are some chunks missing out of it that will look out of place if it was polshed. It will also blend in with the new bixenon headlights.

We installed bilsteins 5100's while we had easy access to the front and rear. Hopefully we'll get the wheel liners and fenders installed in the coming week.

My dad had a friend TIG weld a different gas cap on and a vent. Hopefully this works.

So not much to update. Dad has done a lot of the wiring harness, the truck is now "turn-key". We had a heck of timing burping the radiator as it had a tendency boil over and spew fluid everywhere. Enjoy this short video of it running open headers. Timing still has to get dialed in.

Worked more on the exhuast. Got the cutout valves in and need to finish up the mufflers. Dad has almost finished wiring everything and now is working on the small things like switches.

We were also able to reuse the stock shift linkage and mate it with the new transmission.

We got the front and back glass in. Man that job sucked. We couldn't find anyone to come out and do it so we did it ourselves.

The engine sounds nice! I'm really jealous on how you can leave your stuff stored out side for so long! I've got to put 2 cut outs like those on a diesel truck. I hope they can with stand some heat.

We tried a pop up tent outside but the wind kept knocking it over! So a car cover has actually kept everything nice and clean. That and lots of paint is keeping things rust free.

We got the led markers and headlights installed!

Almost finished blocking out the doors. We've been driving the truck around to work out a few kinks. Hoping to bring it to a local shop to have the vintage air installed soon.

Does anyone have suspension upgrades they recommend? The front end feels loose and could use some help
