Yeah, and think of all of the back implications.
No woman would ever do that to themselves (well.........) I know women with double D's that want to have breast reductions because of back problems.

Man I didn't know their were so many sorry@ss women out there! I'd have to fight my wife tooth and nail to get my kids away from her. I hope I am never faced with that situation! I agree that I would dot all my i's and cross all my t's! You are lucky she is gone and lucky you have your son she definately doesn't deserve him! Give him all the love you can! Get with the lawyer today the sooner she signs papers and is out of your life the better off you will be!

One thing I did as far as paying my lawyer which some may want to consider if its a possible,
Set up an allotment from your paycheck whatever amount you could afford each payday going to the lawyers account. Check track of the payments coming out of your check along with requesting a monthly statement from the lawyer on the status of this bill. This makes it alot easier on paying the lawyer. My lawyer didn't have any problems with this since it guarranteed him being paid. Another bit of advise, whatever the court asks you to do or insists that you do, DO IT as soon as possible without any arguement (within reason of course). The soon to be Ex may not be so cooperative which will work in your favor if you are. It will make a much more favorable impression of you on the Judge. This is what I did, and how my situation went. The Judge did not like my Ex at all. She prooved herself what kind of person she is to them. So she helped me more than she knew. The more cooperative you are and the more uncooperative she is naturally the better for you in the end. The more responsible a parent you present yourself as and proove it the better, so watch your P's and Q's as much as possible. I wish you all the luck.

I went to the lawyers yesterday and got a big stack of paper work to fill out,I hate doing paper work .
I think she will let me keep our son because she knows I will take better care of him than she will, she likes to go run around with her freinds to much . I got a new bank account today so she cant get any more money from me,I still need to get off of her account so she cant go and write checks and stick me with the overdraft charges,I got the form from the bank to get off the account but I need to have her sign it. I will get this divorce done as soon as possible,I got a collections call last night for a cell phone she had and the guy said I was liable for it since we are married,It would have been nice if I knew she had it ,she probably got it for somebody else and they stuck her with the bill, she was always doing stupid crap like that, like the say NO BRAINS NO HEADACHES. On the cell phone, if you didn't sign anything you aren't liable, and if she forged your name, she has committed a crime! I wouldn't pay a dime on it. Collectors are lying sacks of sh!t and will say anything to get you to pay. Make sure they don't have your social sec. no and tell them to kiss your butt.

Bob,
Somthing else you need to think of (And this part is hard). Try and remember if you guys have any old credit card accounts from a long time ago with zero balances. She can request new cards and rack up a big balance. This happened to me. It sucked!!! I had to pay for $1,600 of bills that was here partying / playing money. Darren

I'm right in the middle of it too. And worse yet, she decides to move back in last week saying she couldn't afford to live on her own.

Well, heres the deal. Its my moms house, weve been casually renting it for a while. She talked to my mom, and my mom told her that we should talk it out, she didnt care which one of us stayed. I came home from work and all of her stuff was moved in. My mom didn't want to throw them out (daughters too). There was no way we could both live in the same house so I bailed. She has started to use my daughters in the middle of things. Its ok though, I cancelled all the utilities, told her she can pay em. Locked all my stuff in the garage with me havin the only key. I'm savin money on utilities and "couch surfin" right now. When its over, I'll have the cash for first and las months rent, or maybe a down payment on a house. And my mom is going to sell hers, so she'll have to move out anyways.
