Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Not mine, Vintage Camper Shell, for sale in Northern NV.

Looked at it - more than I can bite off right now. Needs holes patched and glass replaced (whats there is faded plastic), but good bones.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

This may or may not be worth the asking price. But I know someone needs it. Not mine. If it was my ad it would of had a picture.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Nice unmolested 71 in a unusual color combination (Unless you live in Eugene OR). $5995 Not mine but I can tell it was once owned by someone who raced cars.

https://eugene.craigslist.org/cto/d/...109454086.html

This ad is for my 1971 Chevrolet Chevy C10 (1/2 ton) 2 Wheel Drive truck. It is complete. Everything you need to restore this beauty is here. If you are an University of Oregon (Duck) fan, the colors are quite cool too - green on the bottom and yellow on the cab. Minimal, mostly surface rust. This is also a factory air conditioning truck too (not currently working). Lots of recent carburetor work and engine adjustments. It runs and drives great. Solid 350 motor. I just do not have the time of space for this project right now. The body has some small dents here and there but is mostly straight. All panels look great.

On Saturday, 04.18.2020, I put on a brand new set of Hankook, Optimo H724 - P235/75R15 Tires (literally brand new). They only have about 5 miles on them at this point. In addition, I have two really straight fenders that fit this truck (sitting in my garage) that I will throw in too (see pics). I would love to see this truck go to somewhat that was going to take care of it and restore it. Odometer says 54,541. I have the clean title in my hand. $5,995 or best offer. I would also be open to cash and partial trade. Please call, text, or email with questions or to arrange a time to come and get it.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

The ever controversial chop top truck. Get yours today, (not from me) 70 with lots of modifications $13500. Which isn't a bad price. It would be a lot cheaper to restore this one than most others available now for the same money.

https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/c...106172999.html

Originally a California truck.... NO RUST

454 bored .30 over , Holly 850 carburetor , Hedman Headers that are powder coated, Intake is powder coated as well , New alternator , Transcooler , Built Turbo 400 transmission , B&M Mega shifter kit , reverse shift lock out pattern , automatic electric fans , Carpet and headliner , tach , gauges , steering wheel , bucket seats , Electric windows, heater , PS , Pb, NO Ac.
Chopped 7" by a specialist in Ca.
Lowered
Four link rear suspension
Tubbed rear end to fit the HUGE 16" New Mickey Thompson tires
9" narrowed rear end (non posi)
31 spline axles
Custom built drive line
Centerline wheels
New wood in long bed, rhino lined, then covered in Diamond plate....
Custom white ( a 20 footer) painted in Ca. by an artist airbrushed Rat graphics.... red and blue painted stripes
Dyno Tuned and runs perfectly. Runs on pump gas
Custom chrome tube front bumpers welded to frame

The fresh motor has only 5000 or so miles on her and is a beautiful Beast

Easy and real fun to drive. Drives down the road real nice and cruises steady has a original 25 gal tank

All the receipts and build sheet come with purchase, this cool unique Hot Rod muscle truck that you can drive freely without worry. Great without braking the bank.

Selling to downsize my garage space.

69 GMC in a great color combination $7900. Too little information and what little said is suspect. Accident free? Then how can the bumper be all shoved in?

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Nice unmolested truck. Uncut dash goes a long way in my book. Would be a great resto candidate.

But ah, the days of being able to pick options one at a time - why A/C and not power steering/brakes is a mystery to me. Makes for an interesting hobby though.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I think destroyed is a little harsh. (Don't get me wrong I don't approve, but we've all seen worse things done to trucks we love) I don't believe that would be too difficult to save if the truck is as rust free as it appears. Or for that price it wouldn't be a bad choice for a short box conversion.
