8'' of lift w/35'' Toyo MT's. I relocated the shackles and used 73-87 springs all the way around!

Everything works great! The axle is centered in the wheel well. I had to move the shackles back 4'' to make it work.

The old horse, like me. Still goes, slowley. Maybe if I live long enough I can get a newer one but I don't think they make them the same anymore.

Re: How about some pics of your 4x4
Beleave it or not I got it new, sometime about this time of the year in 1988. It was ordered new as a dual wheel cab/chassis. Then I went to it and took it apart. At the time most said I was totally nuts to ruin a new truck. But what the hell I still have the thing. Would like to start a new project again but I don't think I have it in me anymore.

Re: How about some pics of your 4x4
wow lots of inspiration here - here are a few of mine -
my 67 when i got it my 76 engine donor my most recent pictures of the 67 also here is one of my jeep buried deep in the snow - here is a tip - don't go wheeling alone! - i spent the night in the jeep that night - got 15 inches of snow - this was taken the next morning at about 7:00am - right before i started digging again - i didn't get it out that day..... the snow on the other side was about even bottom of the door window.... good times.....
