started my guage cluster resto, more blocking on my 65 will start at high noon!!! the cluster shell is taking a dip in the electrolysis tank. i will clear the backside thats raw unpainted steel and shot jade inside, clean all the guages and turn back the odometer, repaint the flat black aluminium piece, clean and repair the taped harness!!! aslo i got my new lens in yesterday...

Try out my idea for the little cardboard tubes inside the cluster. They will be brighter. Link to my Tips & Tricks Section - How to Improve Gauge Cluster Lighting.

Got the driver front fender off. Typical rear bottom rust with bon do hanging out from PO paint 18 yrs. ago. Lot of surface rust on backside.

love the headlamp, saved me alot of time having both hands free, while working on the poorly lit undercarriage...

I couldn't even see where all the bolts were without it. Probably would of helped if I would of put air in the tire as well.lol

Headlamps are the best for working. A drop light for general illumination and a headlamp to see exaclty where you are working.

Got the other fender, nose piece, and front bumper off between rain showers. Will leave the hood till ready to yank the motor and trans out. Hopefully have a roof over it in the next few weeks.
