Matthew, looks like your going to have a nice place to work on your truck. Your putting the tilt front end on your truck? That should look nice.

He wants Matts front end plus $600.00 for his front end,I think thats a little high of price so were not 100% sure if he is getting it. yea the grage is pretty good size were Matt works.Hows your 61 coming along Jermey?

hey Jason hows your truck coming along? this is 283 Man AKA (Morton Pratt) thats my Son slammed 1966 AKA (Matthew Pratt) that 1966 convertable is good friend of mine John he lives in Pea Ridge,Ive drove the convertable around before its sweettttt!!!!!!Those wheels on the convertable John bought them off a co worker off ours at work Steven Wright. kind of miss getting talk to you about 66 chevy trucks man since you went to other shift.Take care Johns been talking about building a 66 chevy extended cab doalloy convertable later on hes working on opening a shop mans got talent .

Its coming along slowly, but it will get there. I'm waiting for some new spring plates so I can bolt the front axle back in. Then brake lines, power booster and so on. I'll post some pics when I get parts in and bolted on!! Later, Jeremy.

hey Jermey Matt decided not to buy front end off convertable, getting the New rebuild 283 that was yours in 2 weeks . matts come along little by little on his truck he bought a welder today to finish up some stuff on his 66. Jermey that guy that I just wrote to was my boss at work ,now hes on different shift ,I sold him the 250 6 cylinder out of my truck hes pretty cool likes 64-66 chevy trucks like me .Cant wait see your new improved 61 .

Like my dad said i got a welder now , so you guys keep an eye out i can make alot of progress on it now .
But here is some pics of the welder and me welding It does not have all the bells and whistles but it gets the job done . |

Hows things going Morton? I kinda thought it was you and your son when i saw the pics. If John brings the truck down to Bville give me a call Id really like to see it up close. Hey Jason glad to see you on here i am making progress on the 66 slowly dont have it fully bagged yet . But i would be glad to line them up after my engine is broke in. Then ill drag some frame lol . But i had to make a thing to protect my gas tank here are pics of it. And other random pics .

hey im 18 and i hate these ****in rice burners!!!!! lol i like trucks, and i love 60-66 chevy/GMC trucks!!! like the song says= "you can set my truck on fire, and role it down a hill and i still wouldent trade it for a coupe deville" . a good rice burner is one thats burning!!!!!

Hey slammed, good progress on your truck! Question about the peep mirrors...I bought straight armed ones which appears to have been a mistake as I cant even see the one on the passenger side. Can you see out of the curved pass side one when driving?
