I see in some of your pictures you mount the adj. prop valve near the axle. Is there a reason for mounting it there?

Josh,
The reason for mounting it in the rear it is alot easier to adjust the prop valve and get to it. On the adjustable valve it is meant to go to the rear
for increase brake pressure.

I'm not sure I understand this. A prop valve doesn't increase pressure. It diverts pressure to and fro.

What Justin means is that it increases pressure to the front by diverting it from the rear. The actual psi of the brake system does not change, but it will increase to the front if it is reduced in the rear.

Thanks for the reply. What do you guys do for the brake light switch? Inline hydraulic switch? Where do you mount that?

brake lights are for sissy's......LOL.

typically we use an inline hydraulic switch mounted right at the master cylinder. On a dual port master cylinder (where the ports are on both sides)you can run it on either of the second set of ports, or you can run it inline on a standard master cylinder.

I'm using a stock plunger switch with my Kugel setup. It was already wired and in place, so just needed to align the bracket to the pedal arm. Pressure switch is fancier, but probably not needed unless you want to clean up the pedal arm clutter.

When mounting the remote resivior can you put them in he glove box? Or do they have to be higher then the MC?

The remote res has to be higher the master to fill up.Gravity Feed

Here's a few images:

Triple remote reservoir for dual master cylinder and single clutch. Please note that these are NOT open vented systems. FULLY sealed, we add the bellow/diaphragm to the reservoir and you get rid of the one in your master cylinder. Systems that are vented to the atmosphere will collect moisture. Cheap units can be had for less, but they are NOT worth it.



Our reservoirs are ported on the bottom as well as the back. You will plug the set you decide to not use. This allows you to run your lines through the firewall, or down it.



Our billet master cylinder lid is ready to use for a remote system, or you can drill/tap your existing lid. Just remember, when switching to a remote reservoir style system, you are overfilling your master cylinder. We highly recommend using our lid because of the tighter fit and use of the OEM gasket for a superior seal.



I don't remember if I ever posted dimensions, but here ya go

dimensionally, the dual with clutch is the same as the single.

Yes you can but there is no need to go with the chrome one you will not be able to see it under the dash

I don't feel like using an Allen wrench to check my brake fluid every time.
