First time seeing this one.. This is a great build you have going JB. I have mine on hold for now. I have been deep in my race car lately so haven't had a whole lot of time to work on the truck. Plan to start working on my cab in the next couple months.

I love this build so far, I cant wait to see it completed. I dig the fleetside on this truck a lot a lot. I would love to get my hands on one. question - who makes your ifs? and you custom made the tail end from scratch with the airbags? sorry if i missed it in the thread

The ifs is heidts that I modified to my liking. The rear I fabbed myself the trianglerated four link was from eBay

Starting to get things done. Brakes are bleed pump has been modefied and installed fuel is real close.

Looking good, man! definitely makes me want to go ahead with the '55-'57 front end instead of the '59. It just looks better. I don't mind the 4 headlights, but Chevy could have done a little better on that ugly grille!

I have a question about the front IFS. When you boxed the frame did you cut the bottom rail of the frame to match the top rail. If that makes sense. On my 57 frame the bottom of the frame where the ifs goes is wider than the top and the top rail goes from a little over 2 inches and slims down to 1 inch and a half.

Yes I cut the bottom frame to match the top to make to box plate square and match the frame farther down
