Re: Project Picacho
Price would be different as you had some different parts, but should be close
plus i think i ended up misquoting ron for the brake parts,as i was thinking just the frt,but that is my bad and i will stand by my quote... Ron that is a awesome pinewood derby truck...should be best of show...

Re: Project Picacho
Burning the midnight oil - got the frame painted up and a few other things!
Rather then try and get this stuff off the frame I just cleaned it up and prep'd! Took the wire brush to the whole thing. I am glad with it Painted the trailing arms too

Re: Project Picacho
I have been cranking on the truck the past few days trying to get it done for GG this weekend. Here is a few updates:
Since I needed to pull the axles for the brakes, I figured it was a good time to change out bearings. C-notch in and rear shock mount. "Pichaco" cleans up pretty nice for a 43 year old! Hopefully the Boss 338 slide onto these guys with no hang ups!!!!!! Booty Shot!

Re: Project Picacho
Rick - look at the Vendor section - Captain Fab - makes some brackets that will help you. I'm not positive on size though, thinking 11" for rear. Good Luck!
