Looking great! although I'd love more than a few spy shots (regular updates would be awesome)

Re: Here we go again.....new project
One of the main reasons I wish I could have tagged along yesterday Keith... the '68 is looking good!
Did he have his nephew do the upholestry? Or is it a kit?

Re: Here we go again.....new project
More like $2500... minimum. The fact that there was 99.9999999...% rust free sheetmetal makes this thing priceless IMO.

Re: Here we go again.....new project
I agree that cab is worth atleast $2500 rust free, I had to replace cab supports, inner and outer rockers, cab corners, parts of the floors and rear window channel. I would have killed to have a rust free unmolested cab. Love the color as well, can't wait to see how this one turns out.

Re: Here we go again.....new project
Is that code 503, or 518? I am seriously considering it for mine too .. prob the lighter 503 with a white top and white grille section. Wasn't the original white called linen white? sort of a vanilla color, not true bright white?
The 2004-5 Corvettes (I think) has a color called Speedway white that I am considering for the top / grille.

These wheels were also found on 68-73(?) corvettes. Also in colors,... on the late 60's buick skylarks. You need to use the 67-68 camaro hub so it will match the diameter of the 67-72 truck steering columns. If you use the '69-up hub,... it will be larger in diameter, than the truck steering column. (in 1969 the chevrolet cars went to the ignition switch on the steering column)
