Re: Does your truck have a name?
As of tonight, we have dubbed my 64 K10 Diffie. It will be John Deere Green one day... As I type this, I realize some of you might not get the connection there. Joe Diffie released a song in November of 1993 called John Deere Green.

Re: Does your truck have a name?
Not throwing stones here...BUT....
I've owned my 67 for 17 years now...never once felt the need to give it a name. My "truck" has always fit just fine. No silly name here. I also own 5 (yes, 5) Harleys and NONE of them have silly names either. |

It's more of a thing I've done since having kids. It just sounds too cool to say "Everyone to the Batmobile!" or "To the Marshmallow!" or in this case, "Everyone pile into Ceciliaaaaaa, yer breakin my heart!" If it makes you feel better, I had a big greyhound dog once named "Dog". He lived to be 7 and never had a proper name. We used to ride him like a harley sometimes

Re: Does your truck have a name?
In adult company, I refer to my '64 as "The Beer B*tch" because the first year or so I had her, I wasn't comforatble driving her more than a mile or two down the road on a beer run.
My daughter just calls it "The Hot Rod" ... mostly because the loud exhaust makes it sound fast.

Re: Does your truck have a name?
A D D will do that to you T.J. I call my GMC Frank, the lady who I bought him from named the truck after her late husband and it stuck. The key chain has a small license plate and it says Frank. BTW we had an old dog we never named for some reason but we ended up calling him Deoge funny huh!
