Its been a while since I posted any pics. I've been really busy at work and with the family. I started doing a little work on the engine. Mainly just cleaning it up. Here are some pics before pics.

Re: Project "la sancha" 69 SWB
I picked up a couple of parts from Summit: Lunati Camshaft & Lifter Kit, Valve Train Components, Comp Timing set, crankshaft damper, & a melling oil pump.
(My three year old wanted his ride in the picture) Not sure where to go from here. I originally wanted to keep the stock cylinder heads and intake manifold to save some $$$, but I am now thinking about purchasing a set of aluminum cylinder heads and a new intake manifold. Not sure which heads or manifold I'm going to go with yet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Project "la sancha" 69 SWB
Any one know the OD size for Porterbuilt lower control arms and trailing arms? I'm looking to purchase shaft collars to install my accuair sensors. Any help would be appreciated. This is what I had in mind.
http://images2.mcmaster.com/Contents...g?ver=20956529 I saw them on TXPinstriper "The Graduate" and JTP67-72 "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison" builds. Thanks.

I used oven cleaner on it first, then pressure washed it with hot water, put the grinder to it, and then used POR-15 Cleaner/degreaser and POR-15 Metal prep. I used urethane satin black paint. Hope this helps. Sal

Water spicket will work too. I hooked my water hose to the boiler (mine has a place to hook up a hose to it) only reason I used hot water. I do not recall which wheel size I used off the top of my head, but I did attach a wire wheel to grinder as well.
