Rear trac bar. Cut off factory bracket from the frame and started over, welded the lower portion to the air bag bracket.

3 inch stainless exhaust. This is a fun trick. Use the hole saw and drill a hole in some 3/4 plywood, clamp it to where you want to drill the hole, and drill away. This technique reduces walking of the bit.

I went to Dakota Digital for gauges. In order to get a tach reading I got the universal diesel tach interface. This little contraption reads the teeth on the flexplate and sends a digital signal to the box, then to the gauge. I had to mount it pretty close to the teeth for it to read.

The bottom photo shows the throttle bracket I came up with as well as the fuel shut off (connected to the choke on the gauge bezel.

Fan is half in and half out of the shroud. I'm no doctor but I think this is how it is supposed to be... Let me know if it should be different. BTW the shroud never really helped with cooling. I have pulled trailers with the AC on without the shroud and I have never had it above 190 degrees. I makes me feel good that one is on and finishes things up under the hood as well.

That's enough posts for one day. I hope you enjoy viewing this build. I have spent many hours preparing it. I have learned from a lot of you and I hope you do the same. Very cool build but it's in the wrong section this is the 60-66 but non the less I enjoyed seeing the build I'd love to find a 4bt for my 66
