Got the rear quarter started. Almost done, did some shrinking on a few spots. Love me some youtube. Should be finished tomorrow if the rains settle down.

Got this side almost ready for epoxy primer. Should have took a picture but under the light there was a 1/2 inch hole that was full of bondo just waiting to fail.....I cut it out and welding in a patch. There is always a better way to repair something, this Blazer got the worst all over every panel....Sad....

Too many clouds today so no primer for the bed. Did get to fix the hump to get it ready for new location of the 4x4 shifter and Lokar shifter.

Removed the inner windshield header. Another awesome patched up repair (insert sarcasm)........

I grabbed the center piece and removed it by hand. Whomever did this poor work should sell their tools, really sell your tools. Find something else to do. If I wouldn't have jumped into this Blazer head first and just tried to drive it as is, cab probably would have collapsed on itself if it would have been driven hard. But, hey carpets always add structure to anything.....

Inner structure of the header was in better shape, but it needs to go. Looks like the outer skin took the brunt of the rust. Time to drop that $$ on a repair kit...

Been busy on other things, but picked up my hitch today. Get it installed this week and then put in the fuel tank.

Inside tub is in epoxy, let it cure a few days then hit it with some Raptor liner. Then take off the tub....

Why wait a few days? You'll get better adhesion if you spray the Raptor liner before the epoxy totally cures.

Didn't have the paint in for the Raptor mix. I will have to scuff up the primer, then shoot the Raptor blend.

Got the inside of the tub lined with the tailgate and high hump. Not too bad. Orange Bed Liner is a pain to get good cover without seeing a little gray coming through. But, not bad for my first shot at Raptor Liner. That FREE gun they send you with the kit is not that good in my opinion and it goes through product quickly. I shot mine at 40 psi with the FREE and a Shutz gun I bought. The metal tube for the FREE one does not go all the way into the liter bottle and you can end up with unused product. A Shutz Gun also has a different size cap than the liter bottle so that made it interesting today. Shutz metal cans have a 1 3/4 lid. Raptor liter bottles are smaller. Make sure you know what you have before you drop in the activator.....

Fuel filter came in the other day so I decided to make my nylon lines. That Doorman kit is pretty smooth. I will make the one piece metal line this weekend.

Took the body off the old frame this week and sprayed Raptor Liner on the under body today. Now it is time to send the old frame to the scrapper so it can become a KIA. Tomorrow the new frame gets mounted to the body.....Keep moving..... Three points of lift, it aint going nowhere.....
