Thank you. Yeah I’ve done everything myself other than actually pulling the trigger on the paint gun. I was gonna but decided not to paint myself and mess it up.. I have a build thread on here

Sold New at Alexander Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana on July 15th, 1970. Purchased Brand New by the City of Franklin’s Fire Department as their New Fire and Rescue Truck, utilized until 1983 and Sold with 6,000 Miles. Factory 350, 4-Speed Stick Shift, 4.10 Truck equipped with Factory U01 Cab Lights, West Coast Mirrors, Heavy Duty Front and Rear Springs/Shock Absorbers, and Power Steering. 514 Light Red and 617 Red Interior with Tach Dash.

Thanks for sharing that is a really good looking truck. I see the white hooks have survived all these years, if not repainted you don’t see them in that condition often.

Tony Hayes out of Oregon is the owner of that black and white k20. That’s all he buys is original paint super k20. He also has a mint olive 72 k5 Highlander. Seems like an awesome dude with great taste in trucks
