Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
I completed my interior a few days ago. Turned out pretty good!
Next comes new weather-stripping and complete the paint in spring/summer. Pat |

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
SEM Super White. If I were to redo it I’d have a can of GM 521 white made and go with that.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
You bet. The consoles and seat backs were all black plastic then painted at the factory. SEM super white is a decent match imo for parchment panels and seats but less so for the GM 521 white that was originally present.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
Nice work! I have a white on blue C10 that we are making a Cheyenne Super tribute out of. I like a different color with blue interior. Blue on blue is too much in my opinion.

Rust repair, paint and body work done. Door and fender gaps adjusted. 3M adhesive tape added to trim and reinstalled. Windshield installed. Interior is next.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
That electric fan fits inside the OEM fan shroud exactly, just screw it in place, done

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
That was the original plan but the Griffin LS swap radiator doesn't exactly drop into place... the upper mounts don't work so I decided to go custom...

OK, now I understand my aluminum rad. was a tight fit, but it was only a 2core, so I could work with it

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
I had some paint left over after shooting the gas tank for my son's Ninja, so I sprayed the 1970's High Hump.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
My gear ratio adapter arrived today assembled for my application by Denver Speedometer and Cable. USA made Eaton product. Looks solid.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
This one will bump the number of cable rotations by about 13% (1.1333). My speedo presently reads slower than my actual speed as measured by a GPS receiver by about this percentage (53 mph when driving 60). I've got 33" tires, 3.73 gears, and a TH350.
I've got one with the same ratio as yours and another that's about 1.2 or so. I bolted one onto my K20 that was about 1.3 and that got the speedo dead accurate. Got lucky there.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
I've got 33's, 4L60, and 3.73 diffs... this one is carried over from when I had a TH350 and 31's. Wonder what I need now.

Re: What did you do to your Blazer/Jimmy today?
With the speedo cable directly attached to the t-case record the displayed speed at 20, 40, and 60 MPH using a GPS receiver. Divide the known GPS speed by that shown on the speedometer to get the ratio you need to step up (or step down) the cable speed, i.e. 60/50 = 1.2.
