I have a few very nice '62-'66 Chevy truck hoods, but I don't know if they would be considered "mint". Shipping a hood is quite pricey and the only way I know that will handle them is dedicated truck, which requires a custom-built crate. The crate and shipping is more than the hood. I learned this the hard way. A very nice, rust-free, dent-free hood is $200.00 and the crate and shipping is $250.00. |

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
I got the organizing done and now we are under about a foot of snow, so my truck stuff has been slow going for the past several days. I do have a few good front fenders and door shells. When the temps rise and the snow starts to melt, I will be able to get back on top of things.

I don't have any third row factory burb seats. The only one I had went with the '62 Burb I sold to Tim in AR. |

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
I am sure I have a few. I will have to check and let you know. With the temps below zero and a foot of snow on the ground, I haven't been to ambitious about working on trucks.

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
The GMC hood is in very nice condition. It is rust-free and dent-free. It is $200.00, but the crate and shipping is $250.00, so it is not such a good deal. I have shipped hoods before and the crate makes them rather heavy and bulky to handle. The only method of shipping I know is, via dedicated truck line.

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
do you have any "really" nice air pressure gauges for a 65 cluster? I have fully restored cluster with tach so i just have the left side empty and thought i could use one of those, but it needs to match the niceness of the whole cluster.

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?
Thanks for the heads up. I wish I had some power steering items for the straight six or the V6, but I don't have any. I really appreciate you thinking of me.

You might check in the C50, C60 & C80 trucks, whereas many of them came with factory tachometers and air pressure or vacuum gauges. |

Thanks for the inquiry. I don't currently have any GMC 305 V6 engine parts. Give this fellow a try: Ed Snyder at: esnyder@bco.com Ed is a contributor on this site: www.6066gmcguy.org There is a lot of great information about the 305 & 351 GMC V6 engines on that site. Good luck and sorry I couldn't help you, but please keep me in mind for other good, used '60-'66 Chevy/GMC truck parts in the future. |
