Hey Alan what did you prime your motor and trans with? And did you just spray the hugger on the block or is it a high temp paint.

great job..I haven't had good luck with painting vertical panels flat... the flake/metallic just docent seam to lay right when I install the panel.

I'm concerned about that as well. I like painting panels the way they are on the car. I hopeing the orange is so bright you can't see difference.

his cab still has the trim holes... but the doors a clean.. Its to late for me. I was goin to keep it but I have already welded it all up and dont have the heart to drill it all back out... not that I could tell were to drill at now.

Update on the Orange Miata I painted at the first of the year. He has it all back together for the most part.
Had to repair a little uh oh. Door and cab with a little natural light (cloudy)on it.
