Re: 198Plus build

what kind of paint did u use? POR-15, DP-90? does it not hurt the back of the cab to sit it up on its back like that? I need to do that to finish the cab support braces.

my 64 C10 build: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=439559

Re: 198Plus build

The cab is looking great! Any plans to undercoat the bottom? Just curious because I'm thinking after I get the bottom of my cab painted I might just undercoat while it's flipped over.

Re: 198Plus build

Looken good Ronnie. How many hrs do you have in the firewall? I've done one on a 46 Ford Sedan, and a 56 Chevy Belair. I charged the customers $1,200.00 for each. I shaved all the holes, and blocked, then painted them. It was very time consuming.

Talk about a 'Perfect Bottom'.... That is the best looking bottom I've seen since my last trip to Rio de Janeiro Carnival.

Nice work...!

Coming together very nice.
I'm doing a 396 in a 57 Chevy right now. Now I know why they call them BIG BLOCKS.
