Thanks !! I can only take credit for the sheetmetal work on it . Two of my buddies are building it for a local tatoo artist. Basically started with the cab and crusty ol box!!!! Bob

Re: Project: Sano 67
Finishing the rear of of the frame is a lil delayed because my welder ran out of gas today
So I may just throw some flux core in & keep going tomorrow, till I can get my bottle filled |

Re: Project: Sano 67
Got the axle in & started building a panhard bar mount, also got the front springs out so I can put new BJ's & bushings in (Sorry guys, this one ain't gonna squeak lol)
And I addressed some parking brake issues too After the panhard bar, I'll need to hook up the brake lines & put new U-bolts on (Man I wish I hadn't cut them dang U-bolts off) |

Re: Project: Sano 67
dang the one time I'm to lazy to read the whole post I find the answer to my question. By the way 2wds are easy to build 4x4s are more of a challenge.

Re: Project: Sano 67
Here's those pics you wanted. They're crappy 'cause it's raining- didn't want to get the camera wet... Also, no aired-out pics 'cause I didn't want to get me wet Keep in mind- for visual reference- that the bed floor is sitting 3" higher than stock on body lift pucks. I am also running very tall tires 235/75 and 265/70- I wanted to keep the lower control arms up off the ground as much as possible. With a shorter tire, you would be that much lower...
What length U-bolts are you looking for? I have a couple sets here that come with the ECE panhard bar. I think they are 1" longer than stock. I didn't use them on my trucks 'cause I'm running blocks. Maybe we could work something out if you need 'em...
