25 degrees is too dang cold for me. I'm heavily insulated, but I don't think it would be enough for that. What part of Alaska are you in, Joe?

Yeah it's still winter. I finally took my hubs out yesterday for the first time since October. It was in the 40's last week, but now, brrrrrrrrr.

I just called a couple friends and some family in the Anchorage area to see if I could help you out. Nobody has any residential property for rent, only commercial stuff. Sorry I couldn't help.
