Re: bedsleds rebirth
Its looking good! I must say I liked the stepside better(although not the bodyline issue) but trucks coming along good. Hows it look proportionally with a shorter bed? Saw a mazda at mazdafest with a bed that was 4 or so feet long, looked kinda cool.

Re: bedsleds rebirth
its only about 4 or 5 inches shorter so you cant really tell..
i cant really tell which bed i like better, it depends on the day. atleast i can switch them when i want.. only will take a few minutes |

Re: bedsleds rebirth
I know you are going for the smooth look, but have you ever considered cutting out the "chevrolet" out of a stock tailgate and welding it onto your tailgate skin? Might be a nice combo of "old" and "new."

Re: bedsleds rebirth
i couldnt run my 20s with the stepside because they hit the fenders.. it can be done with 20's and 22's but you would have to narrow the rearend for it not to rub.. well thats if your truck is laying body. mine is on the rockers with the pinchweld cut off so they didnt fit anymore...
i have thought about putting the "chevrolet" in the tailgate skin.. if i were to do it over again i would have just welded up the old tailgate |

Re: bedsleds rebirth
First off, Sweet build, Awesome craftsman ship. I'm doing a 2 link on my 69 and was wondering where you order the 2link mounts? I haven't seen them anywhere and was hoping you could share your provider. Thanks in advance
