Wow those are some beautiful big blocks.

One thing I noticed a lot of guys running the GM Big Block Serpentine Accessory drive. Any clearance issues with it having a long water pump?

2nd thing was it looks like a different upper alternator bracket and support rod were used on 71-72 or 70 also .

Is this true? Is that bracket available anywhere?

Here's the 454 in my 69 stepside. I just put this in a few weeks ago. It's actually running at 2,000 RPM's in the photo's as I'm just breaking the cam in.

Here's my crusty ol' 402 in my '70 SWB. Its all original and runs good. I hope to have it looking as good as some of these engines one day!
