Bought the stereo already, can't wait to finally have some tunes in my truck. How is everyone planning on cutting the radio opening? I have seen some hack jobs, but I want to do it right. I thought maybe a cut-off wheel or a dremmel, but I don't want to blister the paint around the opening due to the heat caused by the friction of the wheel. Tin snips might distort the metal a bit. I have never used a nibbler though, do they make a clean cut?

The parts are polished and I'll be back in town tomorrow so I'll pick them up. I'll try and get them all boxed up and ready to ship on Saturday. I didn't ship the unpolished ones out yet because I was waiting on the stainless steel fasteners to arrive so they will go out at the same time.

Thanks for the patience, I'm actually getting them done a couple weeks faster than I had originally quoted

I started shipping some of them today, I wasn't 100% happy with the polish job so I've been doing a final polish on each one by hand, which is taking me about 20 minutes per plate but they are now up to my perfection standards. I'm hoping to get them all done over the next few days if I can set aside a few hours.

Another update, I'm getting 2-3 repolished a day before my forearms give out so I'm shipping a little slower than I planned but still planning to have them all shipped by the "1 month from order placement" that I quoted. I appreciate everyone's patience, you each should get an email from Paypal or USPS letting you know when your part shipped
