Re: My 84 C/10 Progress Thread
Any updates on your truck? Your build gave me a few ideas for my own truck. I'm putting the finishing touches on mine, but it's nowhere near as clean and cool as yours.

Well thought I had a chance to throw a 454 in instead of rebuilding the 383 for boost which is going to cost more but the 454 idea might be getting scrapped too now.

Re: My 84 C/10 Progress Thread
Throwin in some some speed-pro forged pistons and spraying it. If something breaks again I'll go another route.
Here's the damage.

Re: My 84 C/10 Progress Thread
Alright it's been a year of just sitting but the motor is back in this time with a Comp 350 cam for more streetability and a Hughes 2500 stall instead of the 3500-4000 stall. Oh and the motor was 2 stage paint/clear to match paintjob.

Re: My 84 C/10 Progress Thread
I haven't logged into this site in years lol. Still have the truck. That thing for sure ain't going nowhere. My Father would strike me down. What did disappear was that 383 stroker motor. The truck has been sitting for a few years now with no motor. I'm fixing to change that though. Currently looking into another motor swap.

I agree. This truck is not meant to sit.
