Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
i saw a new black vet at the chevy house parts door last weekend that drove up as i was walking out with
"muv ovr", here in TX we have to have a front plate too, so it kinda made sence. wonder why she, yes it was a she driving, was doing at the parts door. Maybe a new air freshiner.

On the Blazer
HWY2HLL, I really don't think you all need a translation, if you do, you're so fired! On the other blazer (originally on my 70 K/10 short bed in 1995!) "MYNMZMD" it means "My Name Is Mud" (notice how it says nothing about snow which the blazer happens to be very stuck in.) For those of you who are unfamiliar: And for those who know... PRIMUS SUCKS!

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
I'm thinking POS TRK
afraid people will think positrak not POS Truck. I was talking to a buddy of mine and he was all crazy mad at his wife and drunk. I started talking about my truck and he called it POS Truck and kept ranting on about her. Ever since then we've called it POS Truck.. lol.

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
The plate on my buddy's '69 Camaro reads "jawdrpr", it fits.
We had a '96 Impala in the shop one time that had plates that read "get8up"...let's just say the car could back it up...and it had an extra 125 shot just to be sure.

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
10 yrs or more back in a San Fran paper - a columinist would write up bout plate he seen round the SF Bay Area. Well story goes that a local couple owned a 50's-60's Rolls Royce and the plate read: RCH PHKR. Pretty clever!
A few years go by and the couple gets a divorce. The wife gets the Rolls. She kept the plate. I seen it in the Rolls but displayed in the back window. I think DMV made them take change it. As for the ex-husband - he's left with a Pontiac Firebird - not sure the year. His plate read: POR PHKR......... btw this euro plate was on the front of my tall/street monster my 4x4 years ago. It was meant to be read by the driver in front of me - right in front....

And what I've ordered for my suburban

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
I did not read all the posts, so I hope this one was not posted allready. ETA-B4U
or PUFIVEFIVEY I spelled out the FIVEFIVE part of it, but you would actually use 55. It looks to much like SS and at a glance.

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
Always wanted to do "IFIUIQI" then get a license plate holder that says "Read between the lines." This joke is only funny to me because my great grandfather used to put all of his fingers up except the pinky and tell us that when we were kids. Sure miss that old bastard...

Re: License/Vanity Plates Contest!
I had plates that read "PT5REP" Ok I'll explain. If #3 is better than #2, and #1 is better than #2...than logic tells me that .5 is better than #1.
