Re: Papa's 67 step side (aka ANOTHER porterbuilt prison)
I am going to be doing the same set up as you (drop and motor) can you provide a link or information on your fuel cell/pump, and your trans cooler? I just placed the order from PorterBuilt yesterday...the countdown begins.

Curious who made your driveshaft and if you don't mind the cost?

Re: Papa's 67 step side (aka ANOTHER porterbuilt prison)
Yes, that helps, thanks for the links.
On the RCI tank...I take it you had to cut out the area for the fuel pump module, no biggie I assume. Was the tank material thick enough to drill and tap, or did you have to use the pump supplied backing plate? Also, on the RCI tank I can see all of the in and out lines, and the sender (in the middle) but is the large black circular thing just the fill location? On another note, can you confirm the measurement for the steering rack notch. PB directions say 4.5 on one line and then the next says for the C4 to do 3.5. What is confusing me is my dropmember is a Version 4 and the letters C and V are right next to eachother on the keyboard and it might be a typo. Someone else mentioned the C might be for the C4 vette dropmember/components, but that is not mentioned anywhere else in the directions I got from Dave from PB. Thanks, John Quote:

Re: Papa's 67 step side (aka ANOTHER porterbuilt prison)
Im glad work is busy but sure doesn't help me with time to get this on the road. hell of a tight fit to get the LS in there. now need to cut front fenders so wheels don't hit when air is out. sure they need to be cut for turn radius as well..
