Shawno- I just picked up a Champion CC369 radiator (3 core) based on your experience. I think you got the EC369, the 2 core model. This one is about 1/2" shorter, so it was a little "loose" in the saddles. To compensate, I cut some strips of rubber out of an old radiator hose, and lined the mounts with them before putting the rubber retainers on top. It "beefed" them up just enough and the radiator fits PERFECTLY now. The shroud and clutch fan line up as factory. Waiting on a new fuel line before I button everything up and see how it performs

Glad to hear you were able to get it to "fit". Mine is still working just fine and when I ole the hood people still ask about the radiator. So far it's been a solid investment and couldn't be happier.

bummed to hear it. but you gotta roll with what life throws at you and don't look back. plans for another project? or just other priorities?

Well it's not that I "have to" sell it but I've lost motivation and it just sits so I though I would see what might happen lol. So far not one hit on it......except for the regular cl scammer

Shawno, "Next year for sure Gilbert" and I are leaving Friday Morning (6 AM ish) along with David "Mr Clean 71'" and "Sufer Dude Bob" but if you can't leave Friday there is a big caravan headed down Saturday morning. Lets do it!!!!!

I'm not too sure about the "Fresno meetup" but I know the guys from "bay area" are planning to be at "Frazier Park" (by the Grapevine) at approximately 11:30 ish to meet with the valley guys. (Sounds like a teenage movie) ***Give Kieth a call about the show, we spoke today about him taking his blazer.

I know the feeling Dale. I'm in Local 3 as a heavy duty pump mechanic working 50-65 hours a week so the irs loves me too

Yeah I know how that is. I'm in south San Francisco right now and just finished replacing a busted hydraulic hose on a Cat 308 excavator. Easy money but been on the clock since 3am

On another note I had a guy interested in my truck but he said he just want to flip it so I told him no. Mainly because he wants it for nothing. This is the cleanest most straightest completely rust free truck you'll ever find for under 5k........unless your Rene

So that's why I've decided to just keep it. I've never find another this original with things like the build sheet under the seat and zero rust. One owner, v8, power steering, power brake truck for what I paid for it. I'll just leave it parked where she's at until shorten her up
