Well yesterday Crustine was working hard. Had a bunch of wood and branches that needed to be moved.

Re: 1964 GMC 1500 "crustine" semi- build.
Then after that was all done I hitched up the trailer and loaded the ol 47 Case on it and off to the she we went. Bout a 7000 pound load, and the ol 305 V6 pulled it no problem. Slow, but got up to 50 when I needed to be there. Love it! While I was at the shop I wired in a harness on Crustine so she could Legally tow trailers. lol And I fixed all the marker and tail lights on the trailer while I was there. Saturday well spent imop. Later guyz.

Re: 1964 GMC 1500 "crustine" semi- build.
Hey guys!!! Well there's been a change of plans. I was going to modify a 305 intake for a 4 barrel, but decided to be lazy and find a Magnum manifold. These require no welding and are Much easier to open up. Enclosed are some pictures...305 manifold on the left and 351M or larger manifold on the right. Notice the difference in port size between the 305 intake and the magnum intake. lol Getting excited!

Re: 1964 GMC 1500 "crustine" semi- build.
Started doing some mods!
Ground down the flange and them purchased a block of aluminum. Buddy of mine has a mill so we'll be milling out the manifold and the block. Super excited! Later guys!

Re: 1964 GMC 1500 "crustine" semi- build.
Well Saturday after work was very eventful.
Took the manifold and plate to a buddies house and we milled it all out to almost perfection. Pictures show the milled manifold, adapter, and the carb's new resting place. Super excited!!!
