Typical from OPP, no, every once in a while they are delayed about 5 days but this has been out of the ordinary. He has had alot of people out sick and his suppliers are stalling on him (guess the economy is hitting them). He told me it would be 4 weeks best case when I ordered..

I can say that the following people have been shipped and should be recieved as of tomorrow:
72 Pick Up: 67-72
john Mcmullan 67-72
m6z 67-72
NWD02: 67-72
John Fabris: 67-72 (grey)
SUPER71SWB 67-72 (2 Greeen)
p8ntballer1911: 67-72

rob32472: 67-72 (grey) to be shipped today per Ben

These are supposed to go out within the next 7 days (may go earlier but they will go together)

phipp13: 67-72
Riveted1: 67-72
1LIME69: 67-72
111stony: 67-72
nuke1: 67-72

He told me the Glass company stalled on these, they were supposed to be availible 3 weeks ago and just got a confirmed date, He said they should ship 2 weeks from the 9th

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

I called them two weeks ago about mine and they said that it would ship this week. I'm not happy with their turn around time on our kits. I deal with several different venders at the truck acc. shop that i work at...and i know a snow job when i hear one! Sounds like they are going to " two week" us to death....all i have to say is they better fit perfect when we finally get them!

OPP doesn't make the glass for the curved kits, another company does and they were supposed to be delivered 4 weeks ago, and kept putting it off week after week. I have been told the same thing you are, and I have 5 kits that I am waiting on in addition to 5 more that have been ordered outside of this GB. By saying "two week us to death", are you implying that you aren't going to get your kit?

If anyone would like to cancel their order, I will refund you money immediately. I can assure you that everyone whom has paid will receive their kits

If i wanted to cancell it would have been a month ago...i'm in for the long haul! I know your hands are tied and its great that you got the deal done. The problem i have is its allready taken over twice as long as it should have, and they still cant give the square body guys a ship date. Their first deal was they wouldnt pull from inventory for the group buy, then they were waiting on brackets from the powder coater, and now they are waiting on glass? Wonder whats next....the dog ate my......

i'm glad i'm on deck to get my windows.Hell thats an understatement! With this effed up economy and small buisnesses going tits-up by the droves. this could have been a MAJOR DISASTER for 26 people! Chris Lucas's reputation would be flushed out to sea too. Guys please don't forget to send Captain Kaos some rep points and maybe some more buisness in the future. i sure will!!! Thanks again Kaptn

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

I didn't see in the instructions when to cut out the vent window support tab, I guess it won't hurt to do it at the beginning when tearing down the doors.

Did I miss it or has anyone else caught this?

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

Well, I thought I posted in this thread before, but I can't find it now.

The vent window frames and pivots on my '86 1 ton are rusted out (no surprise). If any of you guys, doing the one piece thing, have a useable set of frames you want to part with (take outs) please drop me a PM. Thanks, Paul.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

If you have sport mirrors you will have to cut the inner mounting support plate. The plate will be in the way of the new window.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

Chris having some problems, looks like I'm missing some parts in the kits... if you've installed one maybe you can help. Hopefully I'm just confused.

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

Received both of my kits last week (03/05). Will be a few weeks/months before I get to the point were I can install them. Need to double check but I think I might also be missing some parts.

Definitely let me know if you are missing parts. Some of the ones pictured in the instructions are not what come with the kit.

I'm still waiting for mine too, but as per Chris' time line above, I probably shouldn't expect it just yet. But by the same info, yours should have been there John. Have u tried calling Chris?

Re: One Piece Window Group Buy? Anyone interested?

John's should be there tomorrow per Ben..

BTW, they are being shipped in the order you paid, so if you paid last, you will be the last to get yours.

The curved glass is in as of today, they are going to start boxing them up this week. These are the 4 going out next
