Thank you. I reworked the harness my self. I used the web site lt1swap.com.
Here is the link: http://www.lt1swap.com/2000harness.htm
They have a lot of info and it made the process easy.
I used a local company to reprogram my pcm. Their company is called speedinc.

Thanks again and have a good night.

Also I like that suburban build. I would love to redo one of them after mine is done.

Thank you. I just looked at your truck, thats nice. I love that color. I like the way then big tires fill up the wheel opening. Very nice job on the workmen ship, again very nice!!!!!

Besides the narrowed rear end did you have to do anything to the frame?

Thanks again.

Very beautifully done!
I like how it all came together.
It is my hope that mine comes together as smoothly and as impressively as yours has!

Well done sir!

Thanks everyone for the great comments. I took it for a ride a couple of times and it runs great. It gets up and goes. I am having some issues with the transmission. It is sluggish on the 1st to 2nd shift and the shift points seem to be off. I'm hoping it is just a computer issue or maybe a small adjustment with the line pressure. Any way I got all the trim put on and still need to finish up a few small trim and weather stripping items. I will get some pictures taken today and posted. Again thanks again for the comments. Hope everyone has a great day.

Re: 1965 C-10 LS build

It's been awhile since the last update. The guy that built my trans came by the other night. He replace the servo on the side of the trans, dropped the valve body and checked all the connections and made a few changes to the plate under the valve body. Put the fluid back in it and started it up. I still have a small issue with the idle when it goes in gear, he says to sounds like it could be a relearn issue with the dbw system. In total he spent around 3 hours there and would not take a dime for his time.

The next day I took it for gas and a quick shake down run and it ran great and it shift just as good. Later that night took a ride to a local cruise night along with a friend of mine in his 32 coupe. It was nice to get it out and enjoy the cars.

Im hoping this week to get the bed finished, the emergency brakes connected and a few small rattles fixed. Hope everyone has a great night.

Re: 1965 C-10 LS build

I finely got some pics of the truck outside the garage. Been driving it a lot lately and so far so good. Got the speedometer set, got the parking brakes hooked up today and changed the oil. Yesterday I checked the adjustment on the valves and changed the spark plugs. Tonight going to get the license plate light hooked up and call it a day. Here are some pictures:

More to come when I get some more taken. Have a great night

Thank you for the great comment. I ordered new center caps that will fit with the disk brakes. Not sure about the trim rings yet. May try to see if someone has a set to try to see what they look like. Again thank you for the "+" comment. Have a great day. Robert
