I would add the stock lower valance under the front bumper also.
Damn thing was there when I got the truck, and it worked. I just replaced it the other day. Funny how I have been working on this for a year, and could not remember to buy a $10 headlight..lol.... I still need to buy a new bumper for the front, then I will put a valance on it when I get that...

Thanks

Love it. The front seems to have settled some since you replaced the front springs. Looks great!

Re: 87 SWB ..Pearl..

I have scored a set of 2" drop springs, just have to go over to OK to pick them up, so it should sit another inch lower in the front which I think will look better.

Re: 87 SWB ..Pearl..

Not a lot to update, about to yank the engine and trans. Get the trans rebuilt and detail the engine, and paint/powder coat everything. Picked up the drop springs today, they were still in the box, brand new. The truck will sit 1" lower in the front, and I will probably leave it alone until next winter.

Rims are 20x8.5 up front and 20x10 rear, I am not sure of the back spacing. 275/45...295/45

Haven't updated in a while. Got some more of the interior together. New door inserts and new upholstery on door panels. Made some bullet lock pulls. [IMG][/IMG]

Came out Awesome... Excellent work you do! Can you tell me about your polisher for the Trim... You mentioned it resembling a bench grinder? I have some odd pieces and trim I would like to attempt to polish

It was well worth the money, with all the stainless on one of these trucks. I have used it for a bunch of other stuff too.

New headers and intake installed. Cleaned up and painted all the parts on the engine. [IMG][/IMG]

Last thing to paint, prep is taking forever.

Got most of the engine bay cleanup and paint done, new springs installed in the front. I am happy with the stance now. She is clean and ready for my first real car show in the morning...
