I would have thought with that deep of a well the outer edge of the wheel would sit outside the fender. Did yo use a shorter axle?

Good luck trying to get those Coys to polish up better ,I had some that I tried everything to get them to look better but nothing would work. That's ultimately why I ended up selling them.
I don't know if this is true or not but somebody told me that they are polished "cast", not aluminum. Hopefully you'll have better luck with yours than I did with mine.

Small update. I got the rear shocks back on(hopefully for the last time) and some more bracing added. I also got the drive shaft cut to the right length, now I need to get some u-joints and finish the carrier bearing crossmember.

Got the front crossmember cut and welded in, rack notches tacked in, carrier bearing Crossmember built and the holes drilled for the front upper shock mounts. Time to tear it back apart, add some plating, finish weld everything and prep for paint!

I test fit the cab tonight. A little trim for the driveshaft and a little adjustment to the high hump to clear the trans and it'll be all good! It all comes apart tomorrow so I can get the frame buttoned up!

How are you going to finish the frame? Powder coat, Por 15 ...?

I did the Z but didn't like the way the LS engine fit with it. I decided the Dropmember was a better choice since I plan to drive it so I sectioned in a set of stock frame rails and ditched the Z. I'm going to paint the frame with single stage gloss black. I feel like money spent on powdercoating would be wasted, no worries about the frame rusting out here and if it gets chipped it'll be easy to fix.
