Re: 53 BURBAN barn find
man, your burban is sweet. i think the rose city round up will be the first show i will take slamburban to. it will be tough for me to hang my front sheet metal, wire it up,do exhaust and floor boards in time. hopefully we can meet up there. did you ever find a radiator.theres a shop in beaverton that has 450 horse all aluminium radiators for $150 and 750 horse for $225. let me know

Re: 53 BURBAN barn find
front end look really nice.i like the black mustache and white grille combo. i sometimes wish i would have kept mine a gmc. it seems that the small stuff is the most time consuming. are you going to put in a front bumper filler or run without one. i put one on my last truck and for some strange reason all the kids kept walking on it. so on my suburban, i will put on fog lights and a licience plate bracket. maybe that will get them to stop.

Re: 53 BURBAN barn find
thanks parkwood.the shop is almost done.im going to start back on the burb very soon.my family took a vacation to italy and that really put a hurtin on the wallet.we set a goal in the begining to build a driver.look good (not perfect) with really good running gear.all scotts hot rod front ifs and 4 link.i went back and fourth with doing the s-10 swap but realized it wasnt for me.i wanted to leave the salmon color interior in tact.seats will get redone to stock.i got really lucky when i found this thing and nobody would believe what i paid.will post some new pics soon. chizzler/

Re: 53 BURBAN barn find
Nice work Chizzler! You made quick time on this build. I always liked the look of these "burbans' and panels and for that matter all the AD's. I'll have to find one of these for a project after I finish some of my other tasks.
