Mike, it looks awesome! That's great you get to cruise it and almost call it done!

Don't forget to start a thread for the garage in Alt. Tinkerings-we'd all love to see it.

Timeless look!
Well done, and certainly begs to be driven.. I wish you all the fun in the world enjoy it, and to offset all the work to get this far..

Re: 1969 Short Wide
I forgot to post some pics. My ole truck took me to work for the first time last week. I had a crowd around at one point. Lot of positive comments. The truck is a blast to drive.
I also filled up with gas again with no issues, just put the nozzle on the first click and fill er up. Happy that turned out good. It may be an issue when I take the long haul, with some of those big nozzles other states have. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there. |

Re: 1969 Short Wide
It's really cool to see the truck outside of the shop instead of being in it.

Re: 1969 Short Wide
Truck is looking really good in the pictures. Have you been able to check and see what kind of mileage you are getting with the new setup?

Re: 1969 Short Wide
My wife and I drove ole red to the city the other day. Here is some pictures I shot while I was there.
We stopped for lunch and parked next to this old classic Suburban. I thought this was a cool pic with the Devon tower in the background: |
